[Tu-P2-D-01 (Invited)] Towards Van der Waals Semiconductor Heterojunction Spintronic Devices

We find the magnitude of the magnetoresistance is very sensitive to the carrier transport mechanism and developed a theoretical model that effectively explains the large and bias tunable TMR in ferromagnet/semiconductor junctions. We revealed the magnetization control of 2D ferromagnet by spin orbit torque and charge transfer.
