[We-A2-C-01]Electric-Field-Driven Circular Polarity Modulator Utilizing Strain-Induced Valence Band Splitting

In this study, we developed a circular polarity modulator utilizing strain-induced valence band splitting. By changing an applied electric field of the device, we switched the injection layer of electron spins, achieving electric-field-driven modulation of the circularly polarized light emission.
