[We-A2-D-01]Anti-Stokes Photoluminescence in Halide Perovskites: Energy Flow, Optical Cooling, and Quantum-Efficiency Metrology

〇Yasuhiro Yamada YAMADA1, Arata TANAKA1, Aomine TSUKISHIRO1 (1. Chiba Univ. (Japan))
Metal halide perovskites exhibit efficient anti-Stokes photoluminescence, which enables optical cooling. We discuss its intrinsic Auger-limited upper bound, and how the same light–heat interconversion physics may enable near-unity photoluminescence quantum-efficiency metrology in semiconductors.
