[We-A2-E-04]Optical constants (n, κ) and absorption of BiSb topological insulator in Mid-infrared region measured by RT technique

We investigated the mid-infrared optical properties of sputtered BiSb thin films using reflectance–transmittance analysis. The films exhibit large refractive index (6–9), strong extinction (2–6), and up to 30% MIR absorption, highlighting BiSb as a promising, low-cost material for MIR photodetectors.
