[We-A2-F-02] Spectroscopy of siglet striplet dynamics and relaxation for Ge/SiGe spin Qubits

We investigate a Ge/SiGe quantum dot with a 12 nm Ge well. Strong spin-orbit coupling and anisotropic in-plane g-factors affect qubit coherence. Singlet-triplet oscillations reveal energy transitions and triplet decay versus in-plane magnetic field, guiding longer lifetimes and higher-fidelity gates.
