[We-A2-G-01 (Invited)]Temporal Coherence of Room-Temperature Single Photons
from Hexagonal Boron Nitride Defects

We report the coherence time of the single photons emitted by hexagonal Boron Nitride defects in a nanocrystal at room temperature measured via Michelson interferometry. We obtain that the phonon dephasing processes are four orders of magnitude faster than the spontaneous decay of the emitters.
