[We-A2-G-02]Enhancement of Femtosecond Photon Echoes in InAs Quantum Dots Using Chirped Pulses and Time-Resolved Measurements via Frequency Up-conversion

Photon echoes in quantum-dot ensembles enable THz-bandwidth quantum memories but suffer from low efficiency. By combining adiabatic rapid passage with a femtosecond up-conversion single-photon detector, we demonstrate high-visibility phase decoding of regenerated femtosecond time-bin signals.
