[We-P-39] Phase-Controlled Synthesis of MoTe₂: A Pivotal Advance for Post-Moore's Law Electronics

we report the locally controlled formation of 1T’-MoTe₂ on electrode and 2H-MoTe₂ on dielectric surfaces such as HfO₂ at the same synthesis process by exploiting the substrate engineering.
