[We-P-53]Control of Rashba Spin–Orbit Fields by Mn Composition Gradient–Induced Structural Inversion Asymmetry in (Ga,Mn)As

The study shows that Mn composition gradients in (Ga,Mn)As films control structural inversion asymmetry, distinguishing Dresselhaus and Rashba spin–orbit fields. Dresselhaus fields remain constant, while Rashba fields reverse orientation depending on Mn gradient direction.
