[We-P-55]Simultaneous Detection of Electron Spin Resonance and Electrically-Detected Magnetic Resonance in P-doped Si

We performed electron spin resonance (ESR) and electrically-detected magnetic resonance (EDMR) simultaneously. We developed a millimeter-wave ESR/EDMR measurement system capable of operating in high magnetic field and at low temperature.
