Fe-doped ITO thin films were fabricated by a wet-chemical method and their low-temperature magnetotransport properties were studied. Increasing Fe concentration reduced carrier density and induced a transition from weak localization to weak antilocalization, resulting in positive magnetoresistance due to enhanced spin–orbit scattering.
