[We-P-58]Interplay of superconductivity and ferromagnetism in epitaxially grown Al/InAs/(Ga,Fe)Sb Josephson junctions

We investigate Josephson junctions consisting of an epitaxial Al/InAs/(Ga,Fe)Sb heterostructure. We observe transparent interfaces with multiple Andreev reflections, and hysteretic Fraunhofer interference patterns with diode effects, indicating broken time-reversal symmetry and coexistence of edge and two-dimensional transport.
