We demonstrate time-resolved electrical detection of spin resonance in a two-dimensional electron system using sub-terahertz pulse excitation. This broadband approach enables measurements across varied fields and temperatures. The proposed technique was employed to measure spin relaxation in a Si/SiGe quantum well.
