[We-P-63]Efficient Spin–Charge Conversion in Ferromagnetic Metal Fe / Topological Dirac Semimetal α-Sn Heterostructures Modified by Magnetic Proximity Effect

We show how the magnetic proximity effect (MPE) affect the topological surface states (TSSs) and their spin-to-charge conversion efficiency in Fe / topological Dirac semimetal α-Sn heterostructures. By optimizing the MPE on TSS, an inverse Edelstein length of 2.8 nm at room temperature is reported.
