[We-P-81]Electrically Tunable Telecom C-Band Quantum Dots for Cavity-Enhanced Single-Photon Sources

Semiconductor quantum dots are promising single-photon sources. Here, we demonstrate electrical control of MOVPE-grown InAs/InP dots emitting in the telecom C-band. This enables >2.4 nm of Stark tuning, reduced charge noise and fine structure splitting down to 16 ± 2 µeV.
