We observed coupling between a single SiV center and piezoelectrically excited mechanical modes in a diamond nanobeam resonator with an integrated TFLN. Sideband-modulated optical transitions under microwave driving demonstrate microwave–mechanical–color-center coupling for future quantum transducer applications.
