The effect of charge-noise on the transport characteristics of few-hole quantum dots (QDs) in FDSOI, with emphasis on the lifting of Pauli spin blockade, is reported. Our results provide guidelines for reliable QD-formation, toward scalable spin quantum computing architectures.
