After each oral session, presenters and attendees will have a 20-minute Q&A session in the same room.

Exhibition Stamp Collection Rally

Visit various exhibitors, collect three unique stamps, and exchange them for a prize at the Exhibition Desk in the Main Hall. Limited prizes are available, so don't miss out!

 

Exhibition Hours:

  December 4th: 12:40 PM - 6:00 PM

  December 5th: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  December 6th: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

 

Lunch Options

Several restaurants are located near the conference site.

  On-site:  Restaurant SORA (1st floor)

  Nearby:  RASORA Sapporo (a shopping mall with food court and restaurants)

 

Coffee Breaks

Coffee and snacks will be served in the Main Hall during lunch breaks and other breaks. 

On December 6th, special local sweets will be served from 2:40 PM -3:00 PM in the Conference Hall, before the Special Session.

 

Smoking Area

Smoking is prohibited on the venue grounds. The nearest smoking area is located on the 2nd floor of RASORA Sapporo, a nearby shopping mall.
