1. Key Information

Morning Entry

The Main Entrance is CLOSED until 8:30 AM. Please use the B1F entrance instead.

 

Badge Holder

Badge holders are available at the B1F entrance and near the cloak on B2F.

Cloak

You can drop off your luggage during the exhibition period.

Location: B2F

Opening Hours:
　December 3rd: 8:00 AM - 7:10 PM
    December 4th: 8:00 AM - 6:20 PM
    December 5th: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 Coin lockers are also available for 100 yen, located on 1F/B1F/B2F.

Wi-Fi

There are two free Wi-Fi networks available in the venue.
Please note that the SSID differs between the conference rooms and the lobby.

Charging Station

Devices (phones, laptops) can be charged at the charging station located on the B2F lobby in front of the Phoenix Hall.

Taxi

Taxis are usually available in front of the B1F entrance.

If no taxis are present, a Taxi Pool is located just outside the conference building, on the right-hand side when facing the entrance.

Smoking Area

Smoking is completely prohibited in the Peace Memorial Park, including the International Conference Center Hiroshima. 

The nearest smoking area is located on the south side of the Peace Memorial Museum (across from Peace Boulevard), at the foot of Heiwa-Ohashi Bridge.

Exhibition

Location: Conference Management Room (B1F)

Exhibition Hours:

  December 3rd: 12:40 PM - 6:00 PM
  December 4th: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  December 5th: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Exhibition Stamp Collection Rally
Visit various exhibitors, collect five unique stamps, and exchange them for a prize at the Exhibition Registration Desk at the B1F Lobby. Limited prizes are available, so don't miss out!

Extended Q&A

After each oral session, presenters and attendees will have a 20-minute Q&A session in the same room.

Several restaurants are located around the conference site.

Coffee and snacks will be served at the B1F Lobby during lunch and other breaks.

Admission is free from December 3 (Wed) to December 7 (Sun), 2025.

Please show your IDW '25 badge when entering.
You may enter multiple times during this period.

Opening hours: 7:30–18:00

Important:
7:30–8:30 and 16:30–18:00 are for visitors with online reservations only.
Please enter outside these hours.

NHK Hiroshima Broadcasting Station

Free admission (IDW '25 badge not required)
Opening hours: 10:00-17:00

8K Super Hi-Vision Theater:
Ultra-high-definition 8K video on a 250-inch screen with 22.2-channel 3D sound.

VR Experience on Atomic Bomb History:
Explore virtual recreations of the atomic bombing and reflect on the importance of peace.

 

Hiroshima Dreamination

Hiroshima Dreamination lights up Peace Boulevard and the city center with 1.4 million colored LEDs.
