Notes for the 187th ISIJ Spring Meeting
- In principle, smoking is prohibited on campus. Please refrain from smoking outside of designated areas.
- Eating and drinking are permitted in the room. Please dispose of all waste in the designated trash receptacles.
- No photography, video or recording is allowed during the session.
- Please do not leave the room during the session.
- Please cooperate to be quiet when moving around the building.
- This meeting is being held in university lecture rooms. As a result, there may not be enough electrical outlets in the room.
- Free Wi-Fi will not be available for attendees to use. If you need to connect to the Internet, please bring your own equipment.
- Regarding infection control measures, we will respect individual choices and rely on the voluntary efforts of each individual. Those with cough or fever symptoms, those who are aware of other health problems, those who have tested positive for COVID-19, and those who live with a family member who has tested positive are asked to refrain from attending in order to prevent the spread of infection to those around them. Regarding the concept of wearing masks, we respect the independent choice of each individual and leave the wearing of masks to the judgment of the individual.
