Any visitor from a country that has no diplomatic relations or no special visa exemption with Japan should obtain an entry visa before coming to Japan. The participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance. If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend 5th ISNMAC, please request through your Registration. Access to Sendai

Sendai is located approximately 400 kilometers north of Tokyo. Most international flights arrive at Narita or Haneda airports. From there, take the train to Tokyo Station and then take the Shinkansen to Sendai Station.
