Visa Information

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to verify if you need to obtain a visa.

Supporting documents for VISA application

Supporting documents (including the letter of invitation) for visa purposes will be provided to registered and paid delegates upon request. In exceptional cases, invited speakers may submit their request before registering for the conference.

Deadline for requesting supporting documents is April 25, 2025. Please request  the supporting documents through the request form (Google form). 

We will send you the documents from May 7 (only electronic documents will be sent). The processing time for visa applications varies depending on the circumstances. It is recommended that you apply at least several weeks before your departure date.

Important notice

• Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to obtain a visa.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide the necessary documents for any reason.
