Nsへの心臓リハビリテーション教育の実際

心臓リハビリテーション認定医・上級指導士制度は、心臓リハビリテーション指導士資格保有者のうち、心臓リハビリテーションのプログラムを管理・運営・統括する能力を備え、その質の向上と普及・発展に積極的に取り組む意欲を持つ方々のために、2015年に創設されました。本セッションでは、「院内教育」にフォーカスをあて、認定医・上級指導士施設ではどのような教育を行っているのか講演いただく。その中で、会場の参加者と日頃抱いている疑問に対してディスカッションを行うことで、若い人材が今後心臓リハビリテーションの分野で活躍できる育成のヒントを共有することを目標とする。
