SweatWatchが切り拓く高齢心不全患者に対する新しい心臓リハビリテーションの可能性

近年、ウェアラブルデバイスを用いた生体モニタリング技術の進歩は、臨床現場において新たな価値を創出している。本セミナーでは、汗中乳酸を計測可能なウェアラブルデバイス「SweatWatch<sup>&reg;</sup>」（医療機器承認済）を基軸に、心リハを中心とした実臨床での活用事例を詳述し、その将来展望を議論する。岐阜大学の渡邉崇量先生には、「SweatWatch の実臨床での使用経験と活かし方」と題し、現場導入における知見を共有、実臨床におけるデータの解釈および実践的な運用法と、最新の研究成果についてご講演いただく。 続いて順天堂大学の中出泰輔先生には、「SweatWatch が切り拓く高齢心不全患者に対する新しい心臓リハビリテーションの可能性」と題し、高齢心不全患者における運動中の乳酸動態を可視化し、個々の症例に最適化された安全かつ効果的なリハビリテーションプログラムの将来展望についてご講演いただく。 本セミナーを通じ、SweatWatch&reg; の現在地を共有するとともに、その臨床応用における可能性を考察したい。座長には八王子みなみ野心臓リハビリテーションクリニックの二階堂暁先生をお迎えし、活発な討論を行いたい。
