ヨガが拓く心リハの可能性～京都府立医大の成功事例と椅子ヨガ体験

　近年、心房細動（AF）をはじめとする循環器疾患患者において、精神的ストレスや自律神経バランスの破綻が病態や症状増悪に深く関与することが注目されている。本セッションでは、「ヨガが拓く心リハの可能性」をテーマに、京都府立医科大学における実践事例と椅子ヨガ体験を通じて、その医学的意義と臨床応用について考える。<br>　前半では、AF 患者に対するヨガ介入の知見を概説し、ストレス軽減、自律神経調整、症状緩和などに関する国内外のエビデンスを紹介する。後半では、椅子ヨガを実際に体験しながら、安全性・再現性・導入容易性について共有する。<br>　本セッションを通じて、ヨガを取り入れた新たな心臓リハビリテーションの可能性を探り、多職種連携による実装への一助としたい。
