[R1-12] Texture analyses of pyrrhotite pseudomorphs from Hakurei site, Okinawa

Pyrrhotite pseudomorph is the main constituent in the ore of Okinawa HAKUREI site drilled by Chikyu, and the pyrrhotite pseudomorph is consisting of the aggregate of pyrite and marcasite. The structure of this pyrrhotite pseudomorph was analyzed by EBSD method. Comparison with previously reported laboratory experiments suggests that pyrrhotite was replaced by a hydrothermal solution with acidity and high sulfur fugacity.
