[R2-09] Synthesis of polycrystalline In₂O₃ and oxygen defect chemistry

Dense polycrystalline indium oxide (In₂O₃) was fabricated by the conventional sintering technique. Especially, we fabricated In₂O₃ with the relative density of 98% by SrO and GeO₂ doping. Oxygen diffusion showed the effect of Sr and Ge in In₂O₃.
