[R3P-07]P-V-T equation of state of δ-AlOOH to 6.5 GPa and 500K

δ-AlOOH is a high pressure phase of diaspore (Suzuki et al., 2000). Few experiments have been performed under high temperature. In this study, powder x-ray diffraction patterns were measured in the range of 300 to 500 K using an externally heated diamond anvil cell, and the P-V-T equation of state was determined. The experimental conditions were up to 6.5 GPa and were measured the temperature at 50 K intervals. As a result, data of volume at normal temperature and normal pressure, bulk modulus at 300 K, and coefficient of volume thermal expansion at normal pressure were obtained.
