[R3P-15] Incorporation of Ga³⁺ into CaTiO₃ perovskite

Incorporation of Ga³⁺ into CaTiO₃ perovskite at high pressure was investigated. Synthesis experiments at high pressures were performed at the GRC, Ehime University (This work was supported by the Joint Usage/Research Center PRIUS.). Solid solubility of the CaGaO_2.5 component seems to be related to the stability of CaGaO_2.5 phase with the brownmillerite-type structure.
