In order to try for origin determination of pearl using LA-ICP-MS, we analyzed changes through the treatments of pearls and differences among “Shima, Mie”, “Komobuchi, Ehime”, “Amakusa, Kumamoto”, “Iki, Nagasaki”, “Tsushima, Nagasaki” and “Sasebo, Nagasaki”.
