[R2-01]Synthesis and single crystal structure analysis of pyrite-type PdSb2.

Single crystals of PtSb2 with several tens of microns in size were synthesized in evacuated silica glass tubes. The crystal structures of PdSb2 [ a = 6.4659(2) Å, u=0.37331(3) z=4] were refined to R1=0.028 for 234 unique reflections. The obtained Debye temperature θD values for Pd and Sb are 258 K and 214 K, respectively.
