Elucidating deformation mechanisms and fault behavior require identification of the fault contact. However, discerning exact fault boundary can be a challenge in cases where lithology is similar, or fault rocks are not preserved. In current study we consider a inferred part of MBT and combining U-Pb detrital geochronology and litho-structural mapping we identify the exact fault boundary of MBT in the study area.
