We report chemical species, salinity and homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions in calcite in serpentinite mud seamounts in the Mariana forearc and provide constraints on the chemical composition of subduction fluids. Based on the obtained data, we suggest that the fluid inclusions represent saline fluids derived from the plate boundary.
