[R2-05] Structural change of Al-bearing CaTiO₃ perovskite 2

Structure variations of Al-bearing CaTiO₃-perovskite synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction method have been investigated. We preliminary reported structural variations of those samples in the last year’s Annual Meeting of JAMS. On the other hand, we also pointed out that the sample with 5 mol% Al content might not be the single phase based on the NMR measurement and more experiments should be needed. In this presentation, we add new data obtained by XRD and ²⁷Al -NMR measurements.
