[R2-11] Visualization of crystal structures and morphology of quasicrystals

An integrated 3D visualization system VESTA (Visualization for Electronic and STructural Analyses) has been extended to directly handle quasicrystal data. A quasicrystal structure is expressed as 3D cross-section of a periodic structure in 5D or 6D space. Positions and shapes of occupation domains, which correspond to atoms in higher-dimensional space and define atom positions in 3D physical space, are directly imported from the *.atm and *.pod files used by the QUASI07_08 package.
