Platinum Group Elements (PGE) are important geochemical tracers to constrain Earth's early history. Recently, melt inclusions containing much platinum group minerals are found in a Tahitian harzburgite xenolith. They coexist with Fe-Ni-Cu sulfides, silicate glass and "vapor-like phase". We applied Raman spectroscopy to "vapor-like phase" and obtained spectra resembling to bitumen. However, we couldn't obtain significant signal of carbon with STEM-EDS analysis and "vapor-like phase" should be analyzed more in detail.
