Presentation


The format for oral presentations at the 2023 meeting will be a hybrid of on-site and online. 
Note: Poster presentations will only be given on-site.

If you wish to present your presentation online, please select oral presentation when you register for the meeting.

 

　Oral Presentations 　

 

  • The presentation will have a duration of 15 minutes, including Q&A.
  • The presentation will be broadcast online via ZOOM.
  • A Windows PC will be available at the venue.
  • Presentations can also be delivered remotely via online connection.
  • If you will give an online presentaion, please email your online preference to the session conviener or Events committee (gyouji.jams[at]gmail.com) in advance.

 Poster Presentations

 

  • Only on-site presentations will be accepted (online presentations will be not accepted).
  • The maximum useable board size is the width 115 cm x the length 175 cm.
  • Core time for the on-site poster session is 12:00 to 14:00.
  • Posters will be displayed from 15:30 on the day before the presentation until 15:30 on the day of the presentation.
