大地震などが発生した際には、公助を担う自治体や消防・警察・自衛隊などの実動機関に加え、共助を担う地域住民などが一体となって人命救助活動などを展開することが重要です。こうした活動を安全かつ的確に実践するためには、災害準備期における訓練を体系的に推進する必要があり、訓練企画・実施に係る知見の蓄積が求められます。本OSでは、本学会に設置されている「地震による倒壊家屋からの救助訓練プログラムに関する研究委員会」の取り組みに関する報告や、消防機関において進められている実証研究に関する発表、関連研究を進める大学院生による研究成果の発表を行います。また、本テーマは分野横断的トピックであるため、各種災害対応訓練のあり方を議論する一般講演も広く募集し、今後の検討推進に向けた意見交換・交流の場として機能することを目標とします。
