 *Registration is required at the same time to submit a presentation application.

 Only JIAM members are eligible to apply for presentasion.

How to submit an abstract 

All abstract submissions will be accepted via online registration through this website.
When you first submit your abstract, you will be asked to obtain an account for abstract submission. You are responsible for keeping the login ID and password that you set up when you obtained your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password? on the login screen to have your password reissued.
You may submit abstracts for up to 10 institutions and up to 15 authors.
Abstracts must be no longer than 100 characters.
After your abstract has been submitted, an email notification with a receipt number will be sent to your registered email address. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive it, your abstract submission may not have been completed. If you do not receive an email notification, your abstract submission may not have been completed. Please check your submission details and if it is not complete, please submit your abstract again.

 Please download the template here and create your manuscript by referring to the example.

 Please convert your manuscript to pdf format and upload it.

Corrections and Deletions after Abstract Submission

Abstracts can be confirmed, modified, or cancelled until the abstract submission deadline. To confirm, modify, or cancel your abstract, log in to the abstract submission system using the login ID and password you obtained when submitting your abstract.

Notification of Acceptance

 Acceptance or rejection of your abstract and the date and time of your presentation will be notified to the e-mail address you entered when submitting your abstract in early August.

Notes 

For the recommended browsers for the abstract submission system, please check the login screen of the system. Even if you have accessed the system using the recommended browser, you may not be able to submit your abstract depending on your computer environment. If you are unable to submit your abstract, please try submitting your abstract from another computer with a different computer environment.
Please note that the line will be very busy just before the abstract submission deadline, so please register as soon as possible. The secretariat assumes no responsibility for incomplete abstract submissions due to congestion.
The secretariat will not be held liable for any information entered incorrectly by the submitter him/herself. Before clicking the registration button, please be sure to check that the contents are correct.
