[J1]Synthesis of TiCl4 by Low-Temperature Chlorination of TiN

TiOxCyNz was prepared from FeTiO3 by CTRN in an H2-N2 atmosphere at 1523 K. Then, Fe was removed from the reduced and nitrided samples and TiCl4 was synthesized by low temperature chlorination process
