Fe-20%Crの単結晶ＣＴ試験片を用いて疲労き裂伝ぱ試験を実施し，EBSD法で破面近傍の解析を行った．その結果，格子回転はすべり面と平行な破面近傍では抑制されたのに対し，荷重軸と垂直な破面近傍では大きくなった．
