[16] Influence of Sb Content on the Deformation Behavior of Sn-Bi Solder

Sn-Bi低温はんだの引張変形挙動に及ぼすSb濃度の影響について調査した。その結果Sbを1.0mass%添加する範囲では、延性改善効果がみられた。また、80℃5.25×10^-4ひずみ速度で伸びが100%を超え超塑性変形挙動を示した。
