電子ビーム積層造形法によって作製した炭素量の異なる二種類のCo-Cr-Mo(CCM)合金に対して、熱処理による相変態と晶析出物相の関係を調査した。π相およびCo3Mo2Si型析出物が相変態の起点となることが示唆された。
