メタ磁性形状記憶合金は応用が期待されているが脆いため実用化できていない。改善方法として粉末冶金法が挙げられる。本研究では遊星ボールミル粉末を用いてNiCoMnSn, NiCoMnAl合金焼結体を作製した。
