金属の耐食性は、界面の電荷移動速度に大きく依存する。これらの電荷移動速度は表面酸化物層により制限できる。暑さ数nmの表面酸化物層を光学的に測定する方法を紹介し、その結果から酸化物の物性評価を紹介する。
