Sm系ThMn₁₂型構造磁石超急冷粉体を、低酸素分圧（PO2<10^-2Pa）中1223K/30分間熱処理後、Step法で解析すると、より低温で熱処理した試料の約倍量の多磁区粒子の存在が認められた。
