Cu基板に多層膜を電気めっき法により積層させた表面にさらに厚いCuめっきを施すことで多層膜を材料内部に孤立させ，その試料に対し圧縮変形を施すことで表裏が拘束された条件での多層膜の変形挙動を調査した．
