我々は10at.%以上のB添加したFe-Ga薄膜では良好な静的・動的磁気特性を示すことを明確にした．本講演では，Ga組成の異なるFe-Ga-B薄膜における構造と磁気特性のGa組成による影響を検討した結果について議論する．
