[P1]Changes in magnetic properties of CoPt thin films due to holding in air and vacuum

CoPtを用いた磁性膜において、下地層ZnO及び磁性層CoPtの膜厚の変化による磁気特性の変化、また、大気中及び真空中において長時間保持したとき、時間経過による磁気特性の変化を比較した。
