本研究では、CoCrFeMnNi、Al₈Co₁₉Cr₂₃Fe₃₂Ni₁₈とAl₂₅Co₁₄Cr₁₀Fe₁₉Ni₃₂ハイエントロピー合金の空気中生成皮膜と硫酸中で生成した皮膜を分析した。さらに、不働態化処理前後の耐食性を調査した。
